Is hotel pickup included in the tour price?
Yes, a scheduled pickup and drop-off service is included for major zones. For One Day Tours, pickups are generally between 08:00 – 08:30 AM. For Sunset Tours, pickup times vary by location (Krabi Town/Klong Muang/Tubkaak at 10:30/12:00/13:00, Ao Nang at 11:00/12:30/13:30). If you are staying in Railay, please meet us at the designated Railay Meeting Point.
Are National Park fees included in the package?
No, the tour prices DO NOT include the National Park Entrance Fees. These fees must be paid separately.
How can I make a payment?
You can pay directly at our shop using either credit card or cash.
What is the age range for a child ticket?
Child ticket pricing applies strictly to children aged 4 to 11 years old.
Are meals provided during the trip?
Yes! A lunch box is served during check-in for day tours and specific programs, while our Sunset Tours include a complimentary BBQ dinner served on the beach.
Can I add Kayaking to my tour package?
Yes, meals are included as specified in each program:
Hong Islands / Phi Phi Tours: A lunch box is served during check-in or during the trip.
Sunset Tours (7 Islands / Phi Phi): A BBQ Dinner is served directly on Poda Island while watching the sunset.
Dietary Needs: We happily accommodate Vegetarian, Vegan, or Halal options. Please inform our team of your dietary restrictions when making your reservation so we can prepare it for you at no extra charge.
Will the tour be canceled or rescheduled if it rains or if the weather is bad?
Your safety is our absolute priority. Please note that the tour itinerary can be adjusted or rescheduled without prior notice due to weather, moon phases, and tide conditions. If the weather or sea conditions are deemed unsafe to operate, the tour will be canceled, and we will offer a full refund or assist you in rescheduling to another day.
